Steamed Egg with Cabbage Tomato
I was craving for Korean style steamed egg and most of all I was saving time since I woke up late to prepare my daily meal. Steamed eggs to the rescue!
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 4 pcs cubed seeded tomato
- 1 egg
- A pinch of salt and pepper
1. Boil water using the pan, while waiting prepare the egg
2. In the oven safe bowl, beat the egg then season with salt and pepper them mix in the cabbage and tomato
