  • 1 tbsp, Olive Oil
  • 300 g, Beef Samgyupsal
  • 50 gram, Onions Raw (White)
  • 1 medium, Carrots
  • 1 tbsp, Soy sauce
  • 1 medium, Red bell pepper


  1. Prepare your ingredients: thinly slice the Amir's Beef Striploin Steak, dice the onions, julienne the carrots, and thinly slice the red bell pepper.
  2. In a large pan, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced onions and julienne carrots to the pan and sauté until they begin to soften, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the thinly sliced beef to the pan and cook until it's no longer pink, about 8 minutes.
  5. Stir in 1 tbsp of soy sauce and continue cooking for another 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
