  • 600g Boneless Chicken Thighs with Skin
  • 1 whole lemon cut in half
  • 1 tbsp Panda Express Orange Sauce
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 35g unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 sachets of stevia


  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt, ground pepper, thyme, garlic granules, and 1/2 lemon freshly squeezed. Set aside for 10-15min
  2. On a pan, melt the butter then add the chicken skin side first. Cook for 3-4 minutes each side. Don’t throw the marinade.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked remove it from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the cornstarch and about 1/2 cup of water. Continuously mix it in low heat
  5. Slice the other half of the lemon thinly and add it to the pan. Mix for about 2 minutes or until the sauce gets a little bit thicker
  6. Pour the sauce into the chicken thighs and enjoy!
