Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon, Butter, unsalted
  • 100 ml, Water, 100ml
  • 5 clove , Garlic
  • 1 tbsp, Orange Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon, Spices, paprika
  • 30 gram, Red bell pepper
  • 30 gram, Green bell pepper
  • 1 tsp, ground, ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon, Sauce, worcestershire
  • 500 gram, Chicken breast, raw, skinless

Steps

  1. Prep your ingredients: Mince the garlic, cut the red and green bell peppers into strips, and cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large pan, melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the chicken breast pieces to the pan and cook until they start to brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in 1 tbsp of orange sauce, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
  6. Pour in 100ml of water and bring the mixture to a boil. Then, reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Add the red and green bell pepper strips to the pan during the last 5 minutes of cooking to soften them.
  8. Once the chicken is fully cooked and the bell peppers are tender, remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
