Ingredients

makes 4 servings

  • 1 tbsp kikoman less sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 500g chicken thigh
  • 1 red onion
  • 12 cloves garlic
  • 1 cub corn
  • 300g cabbage
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 chayote

Steps

  1. Sauté chicken thigh in garlic and onion, no need to add oil since chicken will have its natural oil.
  2. Mix in the vegetables then add in light soy sauce and ground pepper
  3. Add in 1/4 cup of water and simmer until chicken is fully cooked
