- 1 tbsp kikoman less sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 500g chicken thigh
- 1 red onion
- 12 cloves garlic
- 1 cub corn
- 300g cabbage
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 chayote
- Sauté chicken thigh in garlic and onion, no need to add oil since chicken will have its natural oil.
- Mix in the vegetables then add in light soy sauce and ground pepper
- Add in 1/4 cup of water and simmer until chicken is fully cooked
