Ingredients

  • 500 g, Shitake Mushrooms
  • 1 tsp, Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 medium, Carrots
  • 1 tbsp, Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
  • 1 kg(s), Whole Chicken
  • 1 medium, Red bell pepper
  • 1 head, medium, Cauliflower

Steps

  1. Clean the Shitake Mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp cloth.
  2. Peel and finely slice the Carrots.
  3. Core and chop the Red bell pepper into medium-sized pieces.
  4. Cut the Cauliflower into small florets.
  5. Season the Whole Chicken with Ground Black Pepper.
  6. In a large pan, cook the Whole Chicken over medium heat until fully cooked, about 45 minutes.
  7. Add Shitake Mushrooms, Carrots, and Red bell pepper to the pan, and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Steam the Cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
  9. Drizzle the cooked chicken and vegetables with Vegetarian Oyster Sauce.
  10. Serve the chicken and vegetables hot, accompanied by the steamed Cauliflower.
