Ingredients

  • 400g Beef Tendons
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 205g Marble Potato
  • 50g Red Bell Pepper
  • 50g Green Bell Pepper
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 50g White Onion

Steps

  1. Sauté the beef tendons in diced garlic and tomatoes. No need to add oil since the beef releases the oil from the fat
  2. Add in the water and tomato sauce until the beef is covered. Boil for about 15-20min
  3. Add in the potatoes and bell peppers. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
