Healthyfied Chicken Sandwich Filling

Ingredients

  • 28g white onion
  • 250g chicken breast
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 35g kewpie mayo

Steps

  1. Boil the chicken breast for 15-20min, set aside then shred
  2. Dice the white onion and sauté it until it turns brown
  3. Mix in the chicken, kewpie mayo, coconut amino, salt, pepper and onions
  4. Serve as part of salad or on its own
